1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TrainEase platform and Lilosh services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a course:

• An invoice will be automatically generated
• Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• HRDC claimable courses are subject to HRDC approval
• Enrollment confirmation is subject to course availability

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the course has started.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property belong to Lilosh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the platform's functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Limitation of Liability

Lilosh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
